Kazakh Prime Minister urges to properly use budget funds

ASTANA. October 17. KAZINFORM It is necessary to pay special attention to proper planning and efficient distribution of budget funds, Kazakh Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov told the Majilis plenary sitting on Wednesday.
According to him, the current system allows to determine the effectiveness of the use of funds only after they are used up.
S. Akhmetov said that if the quality of budget planning is high, there will be no more such problems.
The Prime Minister reminded the program "Akbulak," which envisaged a lot of money for supplying water to unpromising settlements. He said that administrators of budget programs must increase their responsibility.
