Kazakh President visited JSC 'Caustic' in Pavlodar

VLODAR. August 4. KAZINFORM /Vera Livintsova/ Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has visited JSC "Caustic" in Pavlodar region today.
KZT 16.2 billion was invested in the project on production of caustic soda and chlorine. It is planned that by 2012 the capacity of the enterprise will be 26.4 thousand tons of chlorine, 45 thousand tons of hydrochloric acid and 30 thousand tons of caustic soda per year.
During his visit the President met with investors to discuss the opportunities of establishing a chemical cluster on the basis of the free economic zone.
