Kazakh President urges Prosecutor General to strengthen rule of law

TANA. September 30. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has received Prosecutor General Askhat Daulbayev; the presidential press service told Kazinform.
Daulbayev informed about the status of law and order in the country, and also reported on progress in implementing the President's instructions.
President Nazarbayev and A. Daulbayev discussed the issues of legality in correctional institutions, in the field of environmental protection, the ongoing work on combating religious extremism and terrorism, protection of labor rights.
The President gave a number of instructions on further strengthening the rule of law in the country and improvement of legislation aimed at ensuring respect for human rights and freedoms of citizens and the interests of the state and society.
