Kazakh President took part in laying flowers to Victory Column in Tallinn

ASTANA. April 21. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev took part in the ceremony of laying flowers to the War of Independence Victory Column in Freedom Square, Tallinn; Kazinform has learnt from the presidential press service.
It was opened on 23 June 2009 as a memorial for those who fell during the Estonian War of Independence in 1918-1920.
The same day the official reception in honor of N. Nazarbayev was given on behalf of the Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves and his wife.
