Kazakh President to pay visit to China next week

ASTANA. February 14. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev is expected to pay an official visit to the People's Republic of China on February 21-23. Official representative of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Askar Abdrakhmanov has made it public at a briefing today.
The President will hold talks with his Chinese colleague Hu Jintao and a range of Chinese officials.
"Topical issues of the bilateral agenda, cooperation within international and regional organizations are planned to be discussed within the meetings. A number of bilateral agreements is expected to be signed as well", A.Abdrakhmanov said.
"We believe, the upcoming visit of the Kazakh President to China will be an important event in the Kazakh-Chinese strategic partnership development", the official representative resumed.
