Kazakh President to partake in 3rd summit of Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking states

ASTANA. August 12. KAZINFORM - Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on August 16 will participate in the 3rd summit of Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking states which will be held in Azerbaijan, as it was reported at Central communications service briefing.
It bears to remind that 1st Summit of the Council was carried out in 2011 at the initiative of the head of Kazakhstan in Almaty and it was dedicated to economic cooperation issues. The Council was established in 2009 and consists of the Council of Heads of States, Council of Foreign Affairs Ministers and Council of Elders.
Council joins four countries: Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrzyzstan and Azerbaijan.
