Kazakh President to issue 20 Instructions on Social Modernization

ASTANA. July 3. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev is preparing a new program "20 Instructions on Social Modernization." Nazarbayev announced it at the Investment Forum in Astana on Tuesday.
According to him, Kazakhstani society needs clear long-term social program, and we must first develop a national concept of social development till 2030, which will be based on the Strategy 2030.
"Now I'm working and I want to issue the specific program "20 Instructions on Social Modernization," said Nursultan Nazarbayev.
As explained by the Head of State, the program will give answers to all the burning questions of ordinary people and give tasks on social modernization.
