Kazakh President to be awarded EastWest Institute's Preventive Diplomacy Award

ASTANA. June 10. KAZINFORM. Today Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has received Co-Chairman of ?East-West? Institute Armen Sarkissian; Kazinform refers to the Presidential press service.
A. Sarkissian told that the Board of Directors unanimously decided to give the President of Kazakhstan the EastWest Institute's Preventive Diplomacy Award.
Among the laureates of the Award are such prominent politicians as British Prime Minister Tony Blair, ex-Presidents of Finland and the USA Marti Martti Ahtisaari and George Bush Sr.
