Kazakh President signs law aimed at ensuring state immunity from jurisdiction of foreign courts

ASTANA. February 5. KAZINFORM. Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law "On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of immunity of the state and its property, improving the activity of arbitration courts and international commercial arbitrage"; the Presidential press service told Kazinform.
