Kazakh President's visit to give impulse to bilateral relations development - Chinese MFA

BEIJING. June 4. KAZINFORM According to China's Foreign Ministry statement, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev will participate in the Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization at the invitation of the Chinese President Hu Jintao.
This is the first visit of Kazakh President to China since the establishment of Kazakh-Chinese universal strategic partnership. In addition, it falls on the 20th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and China.
During the meeting the sides will discuss the deepening of bilateral relations, fruitful cooperation in different fields and international and regional issues. Besides, a package of documents will be signed.
"We hope that due to joint efforts of the two sides the Kazakh President's visit will give a new impulse to the development of Kazakh- Chinese relations of strategic partnership," the statement reads.
