ASTANA. May 11. KAZINFORM By the Decree of the Head of the State, Bulat Utemuratov was appointed Special Representative of the President of Kazakhstan for Cooperation with the Republic of Kyrgyzstan; Kazinform has learnt from the Presidential press service.
