ASTANA. February 4. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh President's Message gives confidence in Kazakhstan's successful development. Senate Chairman Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev has announced it opening the House's plenary session.
"On Monday at the session of Onir deputy group we discussed the Message's provisions and defined main directions of an outreach activity, which will be held in regions"; K.Tokayev said.
He reminded the Senators that great deals are accomplished in difficult times. According to him, only outstanding people are capable for such decisive steps set in the Message of President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
"Our President is such leader", the Speaker emphasized.
