Kazakh President?s Address outlines directions of activity for Governors

ASTANA. March 6. KAZINFORM /Valentina Yelizarova/ ?The Government as the whole and the Prime Minister, heads of state bodies, Governors bear personal liability for the implementation of targeted measures on the crisis overcome?, Head of the State N.Nazarbayev said in his annual Address to the people of Kazakhstan.
Lines of activity for the local executive branch were outlined in the Address. The akimats should carefully analyze the expenditure budget and learn how to save money. The main task for today is provision of employment.
As earlier reported, the President charged the Government to allocate about KZT 140 bln for provision of the regional employment of the population and staff retraining. The funds for financing of the employment strategy should be allocated from the local budgets as well. Along side with it the President commissioned to establish tight control over use of every tenge.
Another important direction, outlined in the Address, is organization of retraining of stuff and establishment of new opportunities for business. Among the spheres, aimed at the development of labor market are reconstruction and modernization of the utilities, housing and utilities infrastructure, landscaping, repair of roads and social facilitates.
