Kazakh President names new minister for civil service affairs

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Talgat Donakov has been appointed as the Minister for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the presidential decree, the Akorda's press service reports.
Mr. Donakov served as deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and interim Chairman of the Supreme Court Council.
