Kazakh President congratulates new King of Spain

In his letter to King Felipe VI President of Kazakhstan noted that thanks to a balanced policy which was practiced by Felipe's father - Juan Carlos I, Kazakhstan and Spain formed mutual cooperation. "Today, Spain is considered as a reliable friend and strategic partner of our country. I hope that with your support the deepening comprehensive cooperation between Kazakhstan and Spain will be continued", the telegram reads. The President also expressed confidence that the existing tradition of good relations will be further strengthened, and therefore invited the King of Spain to pay a state visit to Kazakhstan. Nursultan Nazarbayev added that he pays great attention to Kazakhstan-Spain relations and stands ready to work with the new king to further push forward the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
