NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM The Head of State awarded Kazakhstani music scholar Yuri Aravin Otan Order for the outstanding merits in promulgation and development of the national culture and musical art, the Akorda press service reports.
The decree takes effect on the day of its signing.
