ASTANA. March 7. KAZINFORM Today Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has awarded mothers with many children Altyn Alka pendants at Akorda.
"I always sign decrees on awarding mothers of seven and more children the title, Altyn Alka and Kumis Alka pendants," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
