Kazakh President attending Victory Parade on Red Square in Moscow
Over 16 thousand soldiers are participating in the Victory Parade. The event involved about 200 pieces of military equipment. The Parade's commander is the Land Forces Commander Oleg Salyukov. The Victory Parade also involved ten grand detachments of the armed forces of the countries - participants of the CIS and friendly states including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, India, Mongolia, Serbia, and China. The Parade is reviewed by Russian President and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Vladimir Putin. Leaders of 30 countries of the world have arrived in Moscow to attend the Victory Parade. It bears to remind that May 8 President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev arrived in Moscow on an official two-day visit to participate in the celebrations dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the victory.
