Kazakh Premier instructed Finance Ministry to spell out technical input of state purchases

ASTANA. June 20. KAZINFORM. /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ At today?s telephone conference of the Government Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has charged the Ministry of Finance to spell out the technical input of public procurement.
According to the Premier, though the price control is quite transparent, the technical input of state purchases is not so clear.
K. Massimov suggested the Ministry holding competitions organized by such international organizations as the World Bank and EBRD.
