Kazakh PM spoke for observance of market economy principals

ASTANA. November 30. KAZINORM /Serik Sabekov/ Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has spoken for observance of principals of the market economy today at the economic forum "Expert - 100 - Kazakhstan" in Astana.
According to him, the first task of the state is to protect and preserve the private property. "If we don't do everything necessary for it, there will not be an impetus to invest the private business and any market economy", the Premier said.
