Kazakh PM met with Deputy Chairman of Russian Government

The sides exchanged opinions on the further development of trade-economic cooperation and integration processes between two countries.
Kazakh First Deputy Prime Minister Umirzak Shukeyev and Russian Deputy Chairman of the Government Igor Sechin discussed the issues of cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia within the Custom Union and in the field of energy.
The sides complimented positive results of the work on a range of intergovernmental agreements in the field of transit of goods by the railway, oil and gas transportation field, and advance in the construction project of the third block of Ekibastuz Thermal Power Plant - 2.
Upon the results of the negotiations the sides agreed to keep on the work at the expert level and hold standing meeting at the beginning of the second decade of November.
