Kazakh PM holds meeting on preparation for expanded government session with President’s participation
Kazakh Prime minister Alikhan Smailov held a meeting discussing preparations for the expanded session of the government on the outcomes of the social and economic development of the country in 2023 and the plans of the work of the government for 2024, Kazinform News Agency cites the press service of the Kazakh government.
The issue of further development of the economy in continuation of the reforms of the Head of State in his state-of-the-nation addresses and election programs was under discussion.
In particular, the realization of the tasks and projects in the industry, energy, agriculture, transport, healthcare, education, and tourism as well as employment and greater social support of citizens.
In addition, measures to attract investment, support SMEs, as well as further reduction of inflation were discussed.
