Kazakh PM approved Concept of State Regulation of Business till 2020

ASTANA. October 11. KAZINFORM Today, Kazakh Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov held a meeting where the main aspects of the Concept of State Regulation of Business till 2020 were discussed, the Government's press service reported.
The aim of the Concept is to form an effective system of the state regulation of business.
According to the Kazakh Minister of Economic Development and Trade, the state and business are to be partners and the realization of state functions should be of service nature, "It is not always needed to simplify legislation for business. Sometimes it is necessary to toughen the penalties for offenders. The reduction of administrative barriers and increasing the state's confidence in business must be accompanied by proportionate increase in responsibility of business."
In general, the Kazakh Prime Minister approved the approaches of the Concept.
