Kazakh PM and Culture Minister signed a memo

ASTANA. January 21. KAZINFORM. /Muratbek Makulbekov/ At today's meeting Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov and Minister of Culture Mukhtar Kul-Muhammed have signed a memo on achievement of 2011 target codes in the field of culture.
"To attain real results in the field of culture we have to pool our efforts together," the PM stressed.
