Kazakh PM and Chairman of Xinjiang meet in China

KHORGOS. September 15. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov and Chairman of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China Nur Bekri have met on the territory of the PRC which borders with Kazakhstan on Wednesday, September 15.
"Your visit shows that the Kazakh Government and Prime Minister personally pay important significance to development of interregional cooperation of China and Kazakhstan", the Chairman of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region said.
According to him, the Chinese Government pays great importance to the current visit of the Kazakh Premier.
"I am convinced that your visit will give new impetus to further strengthening of our cooperation in the field of border trade, transition points and transport", Nur Bekri noted.
"China and Kazakhstan are friendly neighbors as well as strategic partners. The Chinese-Kazakh relations are characterized by the high level of political mutual confidence and practical cooperation", he resumed.
