Kazakh Parliament ratified Singapore Trademark Law Treaty

ASTANA. March 15. KAZINFORM At its plenary session the Kazakh Senate adopted the Law "On ratification of the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks".
Delivering a report Kazakh Justice Minister Berik Imashev highlighted the treaty adopted in Singapore on March 27, 2006 is purposed to create more favorable conditions for applicants and holders of trademarks in any country and regional organizations engaged in the field of trademarks and taking part in it.
The objective of the Singapore Treaty is to create a modern and dynamic international framework for the harmonization of administrative trademark registration procedures.
