Kazakh Parliament adopted Law 'On state property'

ASTANA. January 26. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The amendments to the draft Law 'On state property' submitted by the Senate were considered at the plenary session of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan.
Deputy Yelena Tarasenko noted that the amendments aimed at clarification of the order of land acquisition for state purposes and process of realization of the prior right of the state for acquiring strategic facility.
After the discussion held the Majilismen agreed on the amendments of the Senate and adopted the Law.
