Kazakh Oralbay scores three knockdowns, propels to World Cup quarterfinals

Kazakh boxer Nurbek Oralbay made a powerful start at the World Boxing Cup in China, defeating South Korea’s Kim Gichhe in the round of 16 in the men’s 90 kg division, Qazinform News Agency cites Sports.kz.
Nurbek Oralbay delivered three knockdowns, forcing a technical knockout victory.
Next, he will face Turbek Khabibullaev of Uzbekistan, while Kim Gichhe’s tournament run ended prematurely after the defeat.
It is worth reminding, Nurbek Oralbay won silver at the 2024 Paris Olympics and also claimed the title of World Champion in 2023.
