Kazakh Ombudsman took part in OSCE Human Dimension Review Conference in Warsaw

ASTANA. October 7. KAZINFORM Commissioner for Human Rights in Kazakhstan Askar Shakirov took part in the OSCE Human Dimension Review Conference in Warsaw. He represented a report on 'National human rights institutions and role of civil society in protecting human rights', the press service of the Ombudsman informs.
Askar Shakirov expressed his view on the issue which was about necessity of effective cooperation of state bodies and non-governmental organizations in human rights work.
The participants of the conference were familiarized with the progress of this work in Kazakhstan and the role of the national human rights institution in it.
