Kazakh national dishes showcased at Tashkent diplomatic festival

TASHKENT. KAZINFORM The traditional XII festival of cultural traditions and national cuisine among the diplomatic missions, accredited in Uzbekistan was held at the Reception House of the country's Foreign Ministry.

The Kazakh Embassy presented the Kazakh national dishes such as beshbarmak (traditional dish that is made of meat (lamb or horse), pasta and potatoes), kuyrdak (meat stew), kumys (horse milk), baursaks (doughnuts), etc. Besides, the diplomats presented those gathered with materials about Kazakhstan that stirred great interest there.
