Kazakh national costumes arouse great interest of Ukrainians - Exhibition in Kiev

ASTANA. December 1. KAZINFORM - On the eve of the Day of the First President and the Independence Day of Kazakhstan, the Kazakh Embassy in Ukraine and the Ukrainian National Information Agency "Ukrinform" in Kiev have organized a photo exhibition themed "Modern Kazakhstan", Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.
Photo exhibition includes 60 photographs which tell about the achievements of Kazakhstan's independence in economics, politics, culture, sports, industrial-innovative development , etc. Thanks to the work of photographers there was created chronicle of major events of the state, social and spiritual life of Kazakhstan.
"The exhibition widely presents the unique historical sites and monuments of Kazakhstan, the variety of its landscapes and tourist potential", the statement reads.
Demonstation of the Kazakh national costumes and videos about modern Kazakhstan aroused great interest of the exhibition visitors. Photo exhibition will run until December 8.
