Kazakh Majilis delegation on a visit to Finland

Today the deputies will visit Sitra Finnish Innovation Fund and also Honkarakenne Ltd Company, which deals with wooden house buildings production. Moreover, the delegation will visit the head office of Nokia Corporation, familiarize with activity of TeliaSonera Ltd JSC.

On Tuesday, June 1, the delegation plans to meet with Minister for Foreign Trade and Development of Finland Paavo Väyrynen. Also, tomorrow, the deputies will survey City Hall of the country's capital - Helsinki, where they will be met by Chairman of the city municipal administration Risto Rautava. The delegation plans to meet with Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen and visit a plenary session of the Parliament as well as official introduction of the Kazakh delegation to Finland parliamentarians on Tuesday. Moreover, tomorrow it is planned to hold meetings with Minister of Education Henna Virkkunen and Head of the Finnish Delegation to the OSCE Parliament Assembly Ilkka Kanerva.

On Wednesday, June 2, the visit program foresees a meeting with Speaker of the Finnish Parliament Sauli Niinistö, surveying the Ministry of Employment and the Economy, where the economy of Finland and the Program of Forced Industrial and Innovative Development of Kazakhstan will be presented by vice ministers of the two countries.
