Kazakh Leader invites to set up a working group for aiding Afghanistan

ASTANA. June 28. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has offered to form a working group to assist Afghanistan.
"Afghanistan instability arouses our concern. It should be admitted that the Organization has not made much of its counterdrug opportunities for over the last 10 years production of Afghan heroin and drug trafficking have increased tenfold. We also made nothing of our counterdrug opportunities to help the Afghan people," Nursultan Nazarbayev said today in Astana.
To that end the President offered to bring to the light an issue on setting up a special working group to deal with the assistance to Afghanistan.
