Kazakh leader backs Sarkozy's initiative to form World Environmental Organization

ANA. October 6. KAZINFORM. /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has voiced support to the initiative of French President Nicolas Sarkozy on creation of a World Environmental Organization at the Kazakh-French Business Forum today.
"I support your initiative of creation of the World Environmental Organization advanced on September 22 at the UN Summit on Climate Change. We took a keen interest in your proposal to create an effective mechanism for technologies transfer between the developed and developing countries. We hope for active cooperation with France in this direction", N. Nazarbayev said.
