Kazakh, Kyrgyz foreign ministries held consultations

ANA. September 8. KAZINFORM. The consultations between Kazakh and Kyrgyz foreign affairs ministries on the issues of strengthening bilateral relations and interaction within the framework of the OSCE were held yesterday in Bishkek; Kazinform refers to the Kazakh MFA.
The sides discussed the prospects of cooperation and regional integration. The diplomats noted the dynamic development of political and economic relations between the two states. Special attention was paid to the state and prospects of interaction within the framework of the OSCE. The Kazakh side informed of the progress of preparation for its chairmanship in the organization in 2010. The Kyrgyz diplomats expressed readiness to support Kazakhstan at the time of its chairmanship.
The Kazakh delegation also met with Vice Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan B. Kalambekova.
