Kazakh Industry and Trade Minister met with Qatar Ambassador

ASTANA. February 11. KAZINFORM. Kazakh Minister of Industry and Trade Vladimir Shkolnik has met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Qatar to Kazakhstan Nasser Rashid Mohammed Al-Noaimi today; Kazinform refers to the Ministry?s press service.
The parties exchanged opinions on development and prospects of trade-economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Qatar. They discussed the issues of holding the third sitting of the Kazakh-Qatari top level commission in April 2009 in Astana. The Kazakh side suggested approving the action plan (Road Map) the Republic of Kazakhstan ? the State of Qatar within the sitting.
The parties also noted the necessity to deepen further trade and investment relations between the states and activate work of the Kazakh-Qatari Business Council.
