Kazakh-Indonesian relations development discussed in Astana

ASTANA. October 24. KAZINFORM Today Senate Chairman Kairat Mami has received Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia Mohammad Mahfud; the House's press service reports.
The issues of further development of bilateral Kazakh-Indonesian relations were discussed at the meeting.
The Senate Speaker outlined importance of this visit for strengthening cooperation of the two states in the legal sphere. "Indonesia is an important partner of Kazakhstan in Asia-Pacific," K.Mami said. H emphasized that "at present Kazakhstan has one of the strongest legal frameworks in the post-Soviet space."
There was held an exchange of opinions on the issues regarding strengthening the institution of the highest representative authority. Mohammad Mahfud backed K.Mami in necessity of development of cooperation on the whole spectrum of interstate relations.
