Kazakh-Indian Treaty on mutual legal assistance in civil matters ratified

ASTANA. March 15. KAZINFORM. At today's plenary sitting the Kazakh Senate approved the Law "On ratification on the treaty between Kazakhstan and India on mutual legal assistance in civil matters."
Presenting the bill Kazakh Justice Minister B. Imashev mentioned these agreements provide constitutional guarantee of Kazakh people rights in the territory of other states.
Requests for legal assistance are made through the two countries' central authorities: Kazakh Ministry of Justice and Indian Ministry of Law and Justice.
