Kazakh-Indian bilateral relations assume sustainable and multilateral character ?Ambassador A. Sajjanhar

ALMATY. April 6. KAZINFORM. /Dauren Zhailin/ ?Such activities have a big potential for the development of Indian-Kazakh relations?, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Kazakhstan Ashok Sajjanhar has said today within a visit of the India?s delegation of producers and exporters of engineering products to Almaty.
As reported earlier, the visit is organized by Kazakhstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The delegation consists of about 10 engineering companies. Within the visit they met with representatives of Kazakh business circles.
According to Vice President of the Commerce and Industry Chamber Tatyana Zhdanova, the events of suchformat allow to establish contacts with representatives of the largest producers in engineering as well as discuss the opportunities of creation of joint ventures.
Ambassador Sajjanhar reminded that during the Kazakh President?s state visit to India in January 2009 a number of agreements in the spheres of hydrocarbons, nuclear energy and space were signed. Pharmaceutics, information technologies, oil and gas, agriculture and nuclear energy were defined as the most promising directions.
According to the diplomat, over the last few months many Indian delegations visited Kazakhstan. He informed of two more oncoming events: an exhibition with participation of 80-100 Indian companies in Almaty (May 2009) and an exhibition of clinics and health care agencies suppliers (September 2009).
