Kazakh Healthcare Minister met with US Chargé d'Affaires

ASTANA. February 17. KAZINFORM Minister of Healthcare of Kazakhstan Salidat Kairbekova met with Chargé d'Affaires of the United States Embassy in Astana John Ordway, the press service of the Ministry of Healthcare of Kazakhstan informs.
The sides discussed prior directions of the Kazakh-American cooperation in the sphere of healthcare.
The Minister told J.Ordway about the main tasks of the State Development Program 'Salamatty Kazakhstan' for 2011-2015 and about plans on fulfilling it. She also noted great contribution of the U.S. Agency for International Development to the realization of the project on provision of qualitative healthcare services.
Upon the completion of the meeting the sides emphasized the significance of strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and the USA. They also highly appraised the level of bilateral cooperation in the sphere of healthcare and interest in development of long-term interaction.
