ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstani women's handball team have suffered a 20:23 defeat from Japan in Group B at the 17th Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea, today, Kazinform has learned from Sports.kz.
Irina Aleksandrova scored 9 out of 20 points for Kazakhstan.
Team Kazakhstan are to vie against the Chinese handball players in the semifinal match on September 28.
