Kazakh Government to consider preparations for EXPO-2017 event

ASTANA. September 30. KAZINFORM A regular session of the State Commission on preparation for the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 chaired by Kazakhstan's Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov will take place on October 2.
It was announced by official spokesperson of the Central Communications Service under the President of Kazakhstan Altai Abibullayev on Monday.
As reported earlier, the head of the Government Serik Akhmetov paid the official visit to Paris on September 19-20 where he met with Secretary General of the Bureau of International Exhibitions (BIE) Vincente Loscertales. The sides discussed the preparations for the upcoming EXPO-2017 event in Kazakhstan.
"The national registration dossier of Kazakhstan is believed to be approved next year," Mr. Abibullayev added.
