ASTANA. April 3. KAZINFORM - By the Government Resolution of March 29, 2013 № 298 there is quota for foreign labor in the priority project titled "Reconstruction and modernization of Atyrau Refinery" in 2013 and approved are the permit conditions for foreign workers to implement priority project "Reconstruction and modernization of Atyrau refinery".

In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 22 July 2011 "On Migration" The Government of Kazakhstan has taken the decision:

1. To set quotas for foreign workers in the priority project "Reconstruction and modernization of Atyrau Refinery" in 2013 according to the appendix to this decision.

2. To approve the conditions for issuing permits for foreign workers to implement the priority project "Reconstruction and modernization of Atyrau Refinery" (the applicant - «SINOPEC Engineering" Kazakhstan Branch).

3. This decree comes into force from the date of first publication.
