Kazakh Government may approve new oil export customs duty by March 10

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Government of Kazakhstan may approve the new oil export customs duty by March 10, director of the department for oil industry of the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan Kuandyk Kulmurzin said at the roundtable dedicated to the situation in the oil and gas sphere.
According to him, two resolutions have been submitted to the Office of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, and they provide for export customs duty for oil in the amount of 60 dollars per barrel and at the level of 60 dollars for fuel oil and vacuum gasoil.
"Two resolutions have already been submitted. The voting is scheduled for March 10. We hope it will be unanimous. Then, since it published it comes into force," he added.
