Kazakh Government debates human development issues

ASTANA. KAZINFORM "Human development issues were debated at today's Government meeting in Astana," Vice Minister of Science and Education Takir Balykbayev told a briefing.
"The meeting addressed the issues on how to raise the human development competitiveness index. There are 13 indexes in the sphere of Kazakhstan's education. The country improved its ranking in availability of scientists and engineers, in education system quality and primary education quality," he added.
