Kazakh Government arranges regular and charter flights to bring tourists back from Turkey before July 12
In addition, Committee of Tourism Industry under the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies recommends the Kazakhstani tourists planning to travel abroad to make sure their tour operators do pay for the hotel numbers they book.
As Kazinform previously reported, hundreds of citizens of Kazakhstan could not get back home or check-in the hotel rooms on time as one of the major Kazakhstan-based tour operators Gulnar Tour had financial problems.
Kazakhstan Government had to arrange regular and charter flights to bring the tourists back home.
The Committee urges Kazakhstani tourists remaining in Turkey and their relatives to contact the Consul of Kazakhstan in Antalya Nariman Medelbekov at +90 (535) 418 35 32.
According to the ministry, in the period from 3 to July 9, 2014 regular and charter flights from Turkey transported about 400 Kazakh tourists - customers of "Gulnar Tour".
