Kazakh Foreign Ministry condemns North Korea?s nuclear test

?Kazakhstan, as a state that voluntarily abandoned its nuclear arsenal and greatly contributed to the process of global disarmament, strongly condemns nuclear tests going on in spite of warnings by the world community. This step will obviously affect the process of the global nonproliferation and pose a regional and international threat. The Republic of Kazakhstan calls on North Korea to return to six-party nuclear talks with the participation of China, Russia, the USA, South Korea and Japan and fully turn down its nuclear ambitions?, the statement reads.
