Kazakh Foreign Minister meets Italian PM, Tajik President within UN General Assembly

ASTANA. September 25. KAZINFORM Within the framework of the UN General Assembly Kazakh Secretary of State-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev has held meetings with Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and Tajik President Emomalii Rahmon in New York; the Kazakh MFA's press service reports.
At the meeting S.Berlusconi noted that he expects a visit of his friend Nursultan Nazarbayev to Rome, which is planned to be paid next year. On his opinion, this visit will give a serious impulse for further strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between the two states.
At the meeting the Tajik President the issues regarding development of the Kazakh-Tajik trade-economic cooperation and strengthening regional security were discussed. Conveying good wishes to President N.Nazarbayev, E.Rahmon noted that he will welcome the Kazakh President's visit to Tajikistan.
