Kazakh film named Best Foreign Drama in Hollywood

ASTANA. March 30. KAZINFORM "Anshy bala" (A hunter boy) film of Shaken Aimanov "KazakhFilm" JSC named the Best Foreign Drama at the International Family Film Festival in Hollywood, Kazakhfilm's press service informs.
The festival was held March 21-25 at Raleigh Studios. The aim of the festival was to create peaceful global family through search and screening of interesting stories by directors and companies of the whole world.
"Anchy bala" is directed by Erlan Nurmukhanbetov. His film "Before the thunderstorm" won the "Eurasia" international film festival in September 2011.
"Anshy bala" narrates the story of a city boy who spent his vacations at his grandfather's aul (village) in the steppe. Picture comes in June 2012.
