Kazakh Embassy holds conference on coop in energy sphere in Budapest

State Secretary for Energy of the Hungarian Ministry of Transport, Telecommunication and Energy Peter Gordos, Director of the Hungarian Energy Institute Peter Kaderjak, Vice President of Azerbaijani State Oil Company SOCAR V. Bailarbayev, research officers of the Hungarian Institute for World Economics, heads of diplomatic missions and representatives of business circles took part in the conference. Opening the forum Kazakh Ambassador Rashid Ibrayev informed of the development of Kazakhstan?s energy sector. The diplomat noted that Kazakhstan was interested in reaching political stability and security in the region as well as the modernization of economy of all neighboring states. He pointed out that in the context of ?Path to Europe? government program Kazakhstan was working over modernization of power industry. The attendees noted the increasing role of Kazakhstan in the international energy market and the country?s colossal economic breakthrough.
